Desiccant Reactivation Unit
The desiccant reactivation unit effectively eliminates moisture from saturated silica gels. The moisture absorber reactivation unit can process up to 25 kg of saturated silica gel and remove approximately 4.5 litres of water per six-hour cycle. Its design also includes a removable inner desiccant holder to replace the silica gel easily.
Moisture Absorber Reactivation Unit
The moisture absorption reactivation system uses a standard mains electricity output, powering the three-kilowatt beaters. Through efficient air circulation, it effectively eliminates evaporating moisture from the desiccant.
Equipped with temperature monitoring and control instruments, the moisture-absorbent reactivation unit allows for precise management of the reactivation process. Users can regulate the desired input reactivation temperature, providing a constant readout of the input heat energy for enhanced control and monitoring.
Enhanced Control and Monitoring
To provide accurate progress monitoring, an output temperature monitor is strategically placed to track the advancement of the reactivation process within the desiccant bed. The reactivation process is complete when the output temperature closely aligns with the inlet temperature.
The moisture removal unit is designed with wheels for added convenience, facilitating effortless placement in workshops or on-site locations. This mobility ensures ease of use and convenient positioning.
