Condensation Terminator Sheet
The Condensation Terminator (CT) sheet is an effective solution to counter moisture damage caused by condensation in shipping containers. Condensation inside containers can lead to packaging deterioration, mould, corrosion, and mildew, threatening goods during transit.
Container Moisture Control
Designed to protect cargo from moisture damage, the CT sheet absorbs dew-condensation droplets that accumulate on the container’s ceiling. While allowing water vapour to pass through, it acts as a barrier to prevent water droplets from reaching the goods.
Securely attaching the CT sheet to the container’s interior, the collected moisture remains separated from the cargo throughout the journey. The durable CT sheet efficiently captures and holds the accumulated water droplets, preventing them from contacting the goods.
Protecting Goods from Moisture Damage
The Condensation Terminator sheet can be easily installed and removed using special hooks, requiring only 5 minutes. After use, the sheets can be conveniently disposed of by separating them into burnable and non-combustible materials, eliminating the need for container cleaning.
Suitable for a variety of goods, including steel wire, wire ropes, precision machines, machine parts, cosmetics and chemicals, high-water-content food, and moisture-emitting products, the CT sheets offer reliable protection against condensation-induced moisture damage.

- CT Sheets come with unique hooks. Hang these hooks to the lashing rings and tie the ropes to the lashing bars at each corner.
- Attach the innermost sides and door sides of the CT Sheet to the ceiling with adhesive tapes
- Keep around 20cm between the top of the cargo and the CT Sheet.
- Prevent the cargo from touching the sheet
- Wipe dirt/oil off both the top of the cargo and the CT Sheet
- Keep the tape areas of the container dry to ensure the CT Sheet remains in place.
- CT Sheet cannot be attached without lashing rings at roof corners.
- The performance of the CT Sheet may vary according to the physical properties of cargo and climatic conditions en route.
- CT Sheet to be stored in cartons and kept away from hot/humid conditions such as a fire.
