Moisture adsorbing board is a practical alternative to conventional desiccant bags. The moisture-adsorbing sheets can fit into limited spaces and prevent contamination from desiccant dust, ensuring a clean external environment.
Effective Moisture Protection
The desiccant sheet provides reliable protection for moisture-sensitive components. This non-corrosive and non-dusting sheet exhibits moderate to long-term hygroscopicity, effectively absorbing moisture. The moisture adsorbing sheet is available in a standard size of 295mm x 210mm x 1.6mm, which is equivalent to the dimensions of an A4 sheet.
Operating within a temperature range of -40ºC to +70ºC, the desiccant sheet ensures consistent moisture control in various environments. A typical adsorption value of 0.006 grams per cm2 can be used as a guideline to determine the required quantity of moisture adsorbing boards.

The moisture control board offers durable and efficient moisture absorption capabilities, constructed from polythene plastic with an active silica gel desiccant adsorbent. Furthermore, the moisture adsorbing sheets can be customised and perforated according to specific user requirements, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in packaging applications.
