Stretch Film

Stretch film, or stretch wrap, is an LLDPE elastic-plastic material utilised for wrapping various products, including pallets of boxes, during shipping and transportation. It acts as a protective barrier, preventing moisture, water, dust and tampering during storage and transit. Compared to other alternatives, it is a cost-effective packaging solution.

Elastic and Flexibility Protective Barrier

Stretch films come in various types to cater to specific packaging needs. An anti-static stretch film reduces static generation and protects electrostatic discharge (ESD)-sensitive products.

Machine stretch film is used for high-volume packaging operations. Hand stretch film is for manual wrapping of lighter-weight goods, commonly used in household packing or for smaller product volumes.

Coloured stretch films provide heavy-duty protection and facilitate quick identification of products in the warehouse. VCI stretch film incorporates vapour corrosion inhibitor (VCI) properties, preventing rust formation and extending the shelf life of odd-shaped or large metal parts.

Heavy-Duty and Puncture Resistant

We also offer heavy-duty plastic stretch wrap, with a thickness of up to 120 Gauge (30 microns) and 3″ core stretch film. This industrial stretch film is puncture resistant and used for large-volume requirements. Pallet wrap firmly secures products even under harsh transit circumstances with multiple layers of poly film.
