Nitrogen enhanced purging systems are fitted on a rack and designed to maximise dry gas purging, inhibiting oxygen and removing humidity. The unit can be operated easily by connecting the dry gas source to the equipment and inlet connection. Using a single connection, the purged gas can be controlled and prevent pockets of unconditioned gas within the equipment. The purge gas can also be isolated during the depressurisation purging phase.
Users can configure settings to select dew point measurements to be viewed in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit using highly visible liquid displays that provide constant accurate data. The system comes with in-built leak testing functions from 10.3 Kpa (1.5psi) to 34.4 Kpa (5.0psi) with a pressure leak rate display resolution of 0.01 psi. The gas testing function can be used to check the quality of the gas before purging.
Operating on voltages from 100 to 230 VAC at 50 – 60 HZ, the purging system can be used for electronic housings, image intensifiers, and optical and surveillance instruments.
