High in flexibility, the Auto Bag R1075 Automatic Bagger incorporates an electric solid drive motor with pneumatic force to work well with a wide variety of Auto Bag pre-opened bags on a roll, with sizes varying from as small as 2” x 3” to larger measurements of 10” x 20”. These poly bags can either be packaged individually or in attached sets of strip packages for kitting.
The Auto Bag R1075 Automatic Bagger facilitates easy operation and includes many user-friendly controls. The packaging machine can store up to 10 job profiles, allowing for an effortless and quick changeover when bagging different products. It also aids in increased product loading, as it is a hand-free product that can be easily triggered with the control penal/foot pedal. Lastly, it promotes quick programming with its clean and straightforward built-in interface.
With safety being the top priority in work environments, the R1075 Automatic Bagger aims to be hazard and risk-free by applying safety precautions such as low-pressure jaw closure, jaw obstruction detection, unobtrusive guards, and an easily seen emergency stop button.

Performance package, this feature mounts to the pressure bar and compresses the air out of the bag as it travels inward toward the machine just prior to the sealing process.
Performance package, a pneumatically operated shelf that is used to support the bottom and back of the bag during the loading process. The shelf then tips down and out of the way after the bag has been sealed.
