Auto Bag Magnum Medical Bagger
Auto bag Magnum medical bagger is a validated medical pouch sealer for cleanroom use. Products packaged using the auto medical bagger can be used with an autoclave or steriliser. This packaging machine has a control system monitors various parameters and triggers an alarm if any parameter deviates from the specified range.
Validated Sealing for Cleanroom Use
The external ports on the medical pouch packaging sealer bagger assist in validating sealing parameters. Sterile pouch sealer can form chevron and straight seals on poly tubing and various materials, and it can communicate with a remote device for centralised monitoring.
The medical pouch packaging system is convenient, accommodates various packaging requirements, and adapts to continuous production demands. The machine has a packaging speed of up to 40 bags per minute, ensuring a rapid and efficient bagging process.
This bagging solution offers high-speed filling (up to 70 bags per minute using polyethene tubing), and the bag dimensions can be easily adjusted using stored job settings and a touchscreen display.
Seamless Integration and Automation
The automatic medical pouch sealer also features a printing function for the bags, which can be achieved by incorporating a thermal transfer printer.
The operating system incorporates support and diagnostic screens to ensure optimal performance and maximum uptime. Moreover, the controller interface simplifies the integration of counters, scales, robotics, and other feeding devices, enhancing automation and expediting the filling process.
