Efficient Bagging Process

Despite its small footprint, the automated bagging machine can efficiently cycle through 80 bags per minute with auto-bag pre-opened bags on a roll, enabling a fast and streamlined bagging process.

Additionally, the bag packaging machine offers an optional bag maker assembly that allows customisation of bag length while working with poly tubing, reducing material usage and cost savings.

Maximise Efficiency and Savings

The automated bagging machine is available in two sizes, offering great flexibility. The standard size is suitable for bags ranging from as small as 2″ x 3″ to larger dimensions of 16″ x 32″. The larger version can handle even larger bags, measuring 22″ x 36″.

Moreover, the automatic bagger is equipped with additional automation devices, such as printers and feeding mechanisms, further enhancing the efficiency of the packaging process.
