This packaging system combines an automatic bagger with a cutting-edge vision system. It enables precise counting and bagging of large quantities of small parts.
Equipped with sophisticated mathematical algorithms, the vision system accurately counts bulk parts ranging in size from 0.25″ to 1″. It can achieve an accuracy rate of up to 99.9%.
The auto packing system can be integrated with the Auto Bag bagger R1275 and the R3200 automatic baggers to enhance functionality and efficiency. Utilising pre-opened bags on a roll enables fast packaging speeds and swift bag size changeover, optimising productivity.
