Auto baggers have the capability to process various types of bags, such as poly, food-grade, and anti-static bags, that are pre-made and available on a roll. With up to 15 bags per minute, this bagging machine enhances product value and efficiency.

Individuals on both the left and right sides can operate bag packaging machines, providing access to the human-machine interface (HMI), cycle switch, roll, and ribbon loading. It incorporates servo-driven web controls and offers excellent job storage capabilities, optimising the entire process and minimising wastage.

The auto bagger also includes an advanced thermal transfer imprinter that enables loading printing on the next bag, facilitating quick and efficient product and label changeovers. The thermal transfer process is accomplished by positioning the imprinter directly over the intended bag.
