ShockWatch Flex
ShockWatch Flex impact indicators are flexible and optimized for mounting on irregular surfaces, ensuring they remain securely in place. These shock indicators help identify impacts that could result in misalignment and necessitate recalibration.
Flexible and Secure Mounting
The indicators are highly visible and activated through mechanical means, turning red when an impact occurs. This visual indication serves as a clear signal of potential mishandling, which may lead to misalignment, loss of calibration, or warranty-related repair issues.
To monitor for mishandling and mitigate warranty costs, the impact labels can be integrated into or mounted onto the product. The labels encourages good handling practices and reduced expenses associated with product damages.
Impact Indicators for Irregular Surfaces
We offer two options: the single ShockWatch Flex impact indicator, providing nearly 360 degrees of impact detection with one tube, and the ShockWatch double Flex impact indicator, offering a full 360 degrees of impact detection with two tubes. These indicators can be embedded within or attached to the exterior of handheld and calibrated products.
