Electronic Humidity Indicator Plugs

Electronic humidity indicator plugs utilize a polymer humidity sensor and a temperature sensor to provide accurate digital display readings of relative humidity, ambient temperature, and dewpoint.

Humidity and Temperature Sensors

The dewpoint signifies the temperature at which condensation or frost forms when the system or instrument is cooled, serving as a quality control benchmark for optimal operational performance.

Encased in a durable IP67 enclosure, the moisture indicator plugs feature a membrane press switch for sequential activation of the three readings. Optional thread mounting or bulkhead flange fixing options are available for convenient installation. These indicators typically offer an operational battery life of approximately five years.

  • Accurate digital readings of relative humidity, ambient temperature, and dewpoint
  • Replaces traditional humidity indicator papers
  • Wide indication ranges from 10% to 70% relative humidity
  • Polymer humidity sensor combined with a temperature sensor
  • Dewpoint as a quality control standard for optimal performance
  • Strong IP67 enclosure for durability and reliability
  • Sequential activation of readings with membrane press switch
  • Optional thread mounting or bulkhead flange fixing
  • Long operational battery life of approximately five years

Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator (BLD10373)

ERHI thread 1 1/8″ BSP allows simultaneous monitoring of the three readings, making it widely applicable. The device has an operating range of 5% to 90% R.H., -20°C to 15°C dewpoints, and -20°C to 60°C temperature.

It is capable of withstanding a pressure of 80 psi. The recorded data can be stored for over 6 months, and the “data logging” option is available upon request. The operational battery life is usually around 5 years.

ERHI Thread M36x2 offers a comprehensive R.H., Temperature, and Dew Point Display in a single unit, allowing simultaneous monitoring of all three readings.

With an operational battery life of up to 5 years, this relative humidity indicator covers a recording range of 5% to 90% R.H., -20°C to 15°C dewpoints, and -20°C to 60°C temperature. It is designed to withstand a pressure of 90 psi. Data logging is available upon request, and the recorded data can be stored for over 6 months.

Electronic Relative Humidity Indicator (BLD10375)

The ERHI Bulkhead Mounted unit offers a comprehensive display of R.H., Temperature, and Dew Point in a single device, allowing simultaneous monitoring of all three readings for wide-ranging applications.

With an operating range of 5% to 90% R.H., -20°C to 15°C dewpoint, and -20°C to 60°C temperature, this device is capable of withstanding a pressure of 80 psi. Recorded data can be stored for over 6 months, and the “data logging” option is available upon request. The operational battery life typically lasts around 5 years.

Dewpoint Checker

The Dewpoint checker provides convenient monitoring of humidity conditions inside the equipment and offers precise Dewpoint measurements. It is specifically designed for applications that require maintaining a very low dewpoint to prevent condensation within the equipment. Utilizing polymer humidity and temperature sensors, the dewpoint checker ensures accurate measurements.

To facilitate monitoring, two different light colours indicate the dewpoint value when it drops below -25°C and below -40°C, respectively. Additionally, the device includes a third light to indicate the battery status, ensuring optimal functionality.

WiFi Temperature and Humidity Data Logging Sensor

The HDT-WiFi Sensor measures temperature and humidity readings in its surrounding environment. The recorded readings are typically accurate to ±0.3°C / ±0.6°F (+5°C to +60°C / +41°F to +140°F) for temperature and ±2.0% R.H. (20 to 80% R.H. @ 25°C) for humidity.

This data-logging device is highly versatile and well-suited for various applications, particularly remote monitoring. It is ideal for environmental and weather monitoring, agricultural and livestock management, the food and beverage industry, building and site monitoring, and HVAC systems.

With the capability to stream data wirelessly over any WiFi network, the HDT-WiFi Sensor allows convenient access to the recorded information. Users can easily view the data on a P.C. using the free EasyLog WiFi software, which can be downloaded or accessed through the Cloud platform.
