This high-performance pallet cover is constructed using an advanced three-layer material designed for durability and thermal efficiency. Featuring HDPE raffia fabric, it offers a compact and space-saving alternative—up to 85% more efficient than traditional insulation materials such as foam or bubble wrap.

The combination of an outer MET PET layer and an inner aluminium foil layer provides strong thermal resistance while maintaining flexibility. This layered structure helps protect goods from temperature fluctuations and external environmental conditions during transport and storage.

The reinforced raffia core enhances strength and tear resistance, while also acting as a barrier against moisture, light, and oxygen. At the same time, the reflective aluminium layer supports temperature control by reducing heat transfer.

Despite its multi-layer construction, the material remains lightweight and easy to handle, making it suitable for a wide range of logistics and packaging applications.
