Nitrogen-enhanced purging dual voltage system operates by being connected to the equipment’s purge connection to remove moisture throughout the equipment.

The purging unit optimises dry gas purging and is completely self-contained. With the inclusion of moisture-adsorbing molecular sieves, the purging system protects equipment from moisture, rust, and corrosion.

Additionally, it incorporates various other functionalities, such as gas and leak testing. The system’s versatile pressure testing capabilities allow it to function effectively across a broad pressure range, ranging from 10.3 Kpa (1.5 psi) to 34.4 Kpa (5.0 psi).

Users can choose pressure settings, monitor process control values, and obtain dewpoint measurements by utilising selectable programs. The unit provides constantly updated data through highly visible liquid displays during operation.

Achieve Desired Dewpoint Value with Precise Purging

The supply gas will be isolated during purging, and the pressure settings will be attained. A valve will enable the internal gas to flow through an exhaust port and a dewpoint sensor for monitoring purposes. The purging process will cease only after achieving the desired dewpoint value.

This purging equipment is well-suited for underwater equipment, image intensifiers, optical instruments, and thermal imaging applications. It can be operated using a power supply ranging from 100 to 230 VAC at 50-60 Hz or a 24 VDC supply.
