The nitrogen enhanced purging system operates simply by connecting it to the purge connection of the equipment for moisture removal throughout the equipment. Remove water vapour and high humidity to protect instruments from damage and improve system reliability.
Designed to maximise dry gas purging, the unit is fully self-contained and has a host of other functionalities, such as gas and leak testing. Using selectable programs to choose pressure settings, view process control values and dewpoint measurements using highly visible liquid displays for constantly updated data during the operation.
The supply gas will be isolated during the purging process and when the pressure settings are achieved. A valve will allow internal gas to flow through an exhaust port and a dewpoint sensor for monitoring. The purging process will stop only when the targeted dewpoint value has been met.
Suited for underwater equipment, image intensifiers, optical instruments, and thermal imaging applications, the purging equipment can be operated from 100 to 230 VAC at 50 – 60 Hz and operate from a 24 VDC supply.
