VOC Filter Equipment
VOC filter equipment is a gas-phase filtration equipment and system designed to remove unwanted air particles.
Alphachem SF Drum Scrubbers
The drum scrubber is a deep-bed filtration polypropylene-made system widely used for deodorisation in water treatment, waste and food industry operations. This system is filled with several beds of adsorbents based on the environment’s requirement to be treated.
Drum scrubber’s benefits:
- Variations in airflow, relative humidity and temperature do not affect filtration performance.
- Irrigation of the media is not needed.
- Pollutants removal efficiency is close to 100%.
The scrubbers are for outdoor applications that can work with both natural ventilation (passive configurations) and forced (including fan) ventilation.
SFM Air Filtration Systems
Modular filtration systems featuring built-in aluminium and steel are used to eliminate corrosive gases affecting control electronics. They can also be used for deodorisation or other gas-phase filtration applications. The system is installed with modules (cassettes) of AP12 or AP18 absorbents, chemical adsorption media, and particulate filters.
SPV Pressurisation Units
The pressurisation unit features a vertical pressurisation system and a built-in painted double-walled galvanised steel, making it widely utilised for controlling corrosivity in electrical rooms. The system provides pressurisation and air recirculation, making it possible to regulate the relationship between the two using a servo-controlled gate. The unit includes models (cassettes) of AP12 adsorbents, chemical adsorption media, variable-speed fan motors, and particulate filters.
PBS Air Filtration Systems
The air filtration system features a deep bed scrubber and built-in stainless steel with bulk media and particulate filters. The equipment removes corrosive gases that affect control electronics, deodorisation and other gas-phase filtration options such as the blower, ATEX, additional particulate filters and mist eliminator.
SAP Air Purification Unit
Purified air units with built-in aluminium or steel have high-efficiency sections and absolute and chemical filtration.

VOC Filters And Cassettes
VOC Filters and Cassettes are gas filters filled with Volatile Organic Compounds adsorbents/media. Particulate Filters are pre-filters, high-efficiency filters, absolute filters, and electrical filters. Chemifilters are standard frame gas filters, suitable for industrial applications. Chemical Filtration Modules are rugged plastic housings with chemical filtration pellets.
