In-Transit Loggers

The In-Transit Data Logger is ideal for monitoring temperature-sensitive products such as food, chemical, and pharmaceuticals during shipment. This temperature recorder features a patented Shadow Log™ feature that guarantees that trip data is readily available, even if the operator fails to start the unit. Capable of storing up to 3,823 data, the logger records temperature readings once every 30 minutes. Once the memory is full, the new data replaces the oldest data point in a continuous loop, ensuring users would have the most up-to-date data readings, even if the logger were not started. Trip reports are used to validate the safety and quality of products and document compliance with local and global regulations.

Custom programming of the In-Transit Loggers is also available, to set up logging parameters such as high and low alarm limits, delay start, and alarm delay, depending on the needs of business applications. Stream Peak offers the In-Transit Loggers in 4 different models:

• FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger, Model 20741-20744

The FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger allows users to access temperature history data while eliminating the need to stop the unit or download the data. The patented Shadow Log™ feature guarantees temperature history data even if the operator fails to activate the unit. Designed as a single-use device, the FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger is packaged in a highly visible yellow sleeve with easy-to-follow instructions, allowing the receiver to locate the logger easily.

Stream Peak’s new FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger is the ideal device for the recording of storage and transport conditions of temperature-sensitive products. It also features a large and easy-to-read LCD, providing immediate status information and trip statistics including upper and lower temperature limits, cumulative duration of any temperature excursions, highest, lowest, and average temperature.

The FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger is a single-use data logger, widely accepted by most receivers and is the go-to cold chain management tool for tracking temperature-sensitive products during shipment. It is applicable on all outbound loads, allowing suppliers can consolidate their temperature recorders to one model. By using the FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger, users would not need to stock various brands in the shipping office, making inventory management easy and eliminates the problem of running out of any one particular type of logger for a specific receiver.

This particular logger is designed for use on the shipment of products that require pre-configured alarm settings to alert receivers with a flashing red LED when the temperature during transit reaches beyond 36°F/2°C or below 28°F/-2°C. Mounted on a bright green shipping card, it is easy for receivers to locate the logger upon arrival, assisting in expediting the process of download trip information. Our patented Shadow Log™ feature guarantees data, even if the shipper forgets to activate the unit. The loggers are downloadable through the free FlashLink Data Management software, and reports are saved in PDF format, to allow easy email and archive for record-keeping, traceability, and to comply with HACCP and FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) requirements.

• FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger, Model 20879

The FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger is a single-use data logger, widely accepted by most receivers and is the go-to cold chain management tool for tracking temperature-sensitive products during shipment. It is applicable on all outbound loads, allowing suppliers can consolidate their temperature recorders to one model. By using the FlashLink® VU In-Transit Logger, users would not need to stock various brands in the shipping office, making inventory management easy and eliminates the problem of running out of any one particular type of logger for a specific receiver.

Model 20879 is factory configured with alarm settings to alert receivers with a flashing red LED when the temperature during transit exceeds 41°F/5°C or below 33°F/0.6°C. It also has a 30-minute delay start and a 30-minute alarm delay. The patented Shadow Log™ guarantees data, even if the shipper forgets to activate the unit. The loggers are downloadable through the free FlashLink Data Management software, and reports are saved in PDF format, to allow easy email and archive for record-keeping, traceability, and to comply with HACCP and FSMA (Food Safety Modernization Act) requirements.

• FlashLink® Mini In-Transit Logger, Model 30014-02, 30016-02

The FlashLink® Mini In-Transit Logger is the ideal cold chain management device for monitoring temperature-sensitive and perishable products such as produce and prepared food, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals, throughout the supply chain. It is designed as a compact and single-use device, capable of providing users with precise temperature monitoring from -40°F to 150°F (-40°C to 66°C). Trip reports are also used to validate the safety and quality of products and document compliance with local and global regulations. Models are available in 15 and 75-day logging periods.

FlashLink® Mini In-Transit Loggers feature a patented Shadow Log™ feature that ensures that trip temperature is readily available, even if the operator forgets to activate the unit. With temperature samples taken and recorded every 30 minutes, the device features a storage memory of up t0 3,823 data points. Once the memory is full, the new data replaces the oldest data points in a continuous loop, ensuring receivers will always have the most up-to-date temperature data, even if the logger is not started. Users can customise the logging parameters such as high and low alarm limits, delay start, and alarm delay.
