VCI Lubricating Liquids

Description

VCI Lubricating Liquids are used for various metal processing applications, to preserve ferrous and other metal parts, all types of engines and other enclosed systems such as hydraulic systems, compressors, transmission and gearboxes. VCI lubricating liquids can also be used as transit coatings to protect metal surfaces when exposed to humid conditions or areas where acid fumes are present.

Nox-Rust 1100

Nox-Rust 1100 is a corrosion preventive lubricating oil, designed to protect metals within closed systems such as fuel tanks, hydraulic and coolant circulating systems from rust caused by the build-up of condensation during lay-up and preservation. The Nox-Rust 1100 is ready to use straight out of the pail or drum and does not require any form of removal after application.

  • Protection Time: Up to 2 years indoors within enclosed space
  • Appearance: Light golden lubricating oil
  • Metal Protection: Ferrous; iron, steel
  • Approvals: OEM product

Safecote CLV

Safecote CLV water-based transit coating, designed to provide users with an environmentally safe long-term preservative coating and edge protection for harsh environments. Low VOC, excellent high humidity and salt spray protection, the safecote CLV is often used as the final preservative coating on metal parts before storage and shipment for the protection of threaded bolt holes for outdoor equipment storage.

  • Protection Time: up to 2 years covered outdoor; 5 years covered indoor
  • Appearance: Dry film is firm, waxy
  • Metal Protection: Ferrous metals
  • Approvals: OEM product

Safecote CF

Safecote CF is a general-purpose water-based rust prevention solution, incorporated with a unique blend of inhibitors, emulsifiers and surfactants designed to deposit a soft greasy film from a water emulsion system. This film protects ferrous metal surfaces, offering excellent high humidity and salt spray protection.

  • Protection Time: 2 years covered outdoor; 5 years covered indoor
  • Appearance: Deposits a soft, greasy amber film
