SpotBot BLE impact logger provides a transparent and cost-effective solution for spotting potential damage in products or equipment during shipment. It can simultaneously measure and record temperature, humidity, tilt, and shock during transportation.
Accurate Impact Data Logging
The data logger enables easy visualisation of data and configuration of parameter limits through a user-friendly mobile application. Utilising Bluetooth for seamless communication, the impact logger offers an operating range of up to 131.23 feet (40 meters).
The measurement device provides flexibility and ample data storage with selectable measuring intervals ranging from one minute to four hours and a memory capacity of up to two years.
The data recorder comes with a convenient two-colour LED indicator that displays the device status, battery level, and communication status. Additionally, it comes equipped with an integrated mounting plate for effortless and swift installation.
Efficient Impact Data Collection and Analysis
The shock data logging tool operates at temperatures ranging from -25 to +80 degrees Fahrenheit and zero to 100 per cent relative humidity. It has a range of up to ±8 acceleration of gravity (g) per axis and a tilt range from zero to 150 degrees.
The included CR 123A lithium battery powers the impact monitoring equipment, providing a remarkable two-year battery life. The data recorder features a compact housing measuring 4″ L x 3.5″ W x 1″ H and holds an IP54 dust and water resistance rating.
